Experience for more than 9 years in leading country technical and Project department in Döhler Egypt. Döhler is a global producer (German company), marketer, and provider of technology-driven natural ingredients, ingredient systems, and integrated solutions for the global food, beverage, and nutrition industry. With a lot of achievements for designing and establishing many projects to increase the production volume, production varieties, and performance as the following:
- Citrus line, which is considering one of the largest production lines in the Middle East. Increasing productivity during the working years.
- Additional citrus project to increase product yield from pulp.
- BIB production line.
- Designing and installing a new line idea for the aseptic fruit preparation product to fill the product into the aseptic drum. The line was supplied from 3 different European suppliers to catch the goal.
- Designing and supplying new pasteurizers with compound lines.
